This is a new home in a new subdivision. The apartment is the entire furnished part of the basement of our home. We are conveniently located just off highway 402, and a few kilometres from the Bluewater Bridge, the Chris Hadfield Airport, and all shopping, Lake Huron BEACHES, and amenities. The Howard Watson Trail is adjacent to our backyard.

Your enttance will be through the front door. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, and dining area. The bedroom has a keyed door lock, queen size bed, a clothes hanging area, and a 9 drawer dresser There is a well equipped kitchen area. The kitchen area has a full size fridge, double hot plate, convection toaster oven, and convection microwave. Complimentary coffee and tea is supplied for all short stay guests. All of the necessary cooking pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, utensils and dishes are available as well as an assortment of spices and cooking oil. There are several pantries for food storage. The 3 piece bathroom is newly finished and the apartment includes all linens and towels. The large screen TV has complimentary cable and Netflix, and is equipped to accept HDMI accessories such as a firestick or android box. The WiFi signal is UltraFibre unlimited 120 Mbps. There is a rolltop desk for business users. We charge a limited cleaning fee in order to pay for cleaning when guests vacate.----- Guests are expected to leave the place clean and tidy. There is parking available for one car in the driveway. Parking will allways be on the left hand side of the driveway.

For long term stays, that receive a substantial discount I do not continue to provide products and supplies. I will allways continue to supply all bedding and towels, but not room service.

This neighborhood is new, diverse and quiet. There is access to playgrounds and nature trails for walking. There are several beaches close by, as well as Canatara Park which also has a beach, several playgrounds, as well as an animal farm for children. We are just around the corner from the main shopping district of Sarnia. This includes Lambton mall, all major big box stores, a strip mall, banks, grocery stores, cinema, and restaurants.

My husband Lambert and I have 4 children and 11 grandchildren, all of whom love to camp, and travel. We like to keep a nice yard, because we love the outdoors. We like the simple things in life, and have travelled by car and hotels,[before Airbnb], but mostly by travel trailer. We have travelled in every province, and the majority of the US., states. We have taken the odd cruise, but prefer our feet on the ground. We are ready to settle down a little, and have a lot of unused space in our home, which we would like to share with Airbnb guests. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. We have a very pretty backyard, with a deck attached to the home, and a ground patio made of tumble stone with overhead shade. Our yard consist of a little river and a few bubbling rocks. There are a large assortment of hostas and perrenials surrounding the yard. We look forward to sharing our beautiful space with guests.
