Welcome to my lovely & spacious home nestled at the foot of the Tambourine Mountains in Upper Coomera. Located just under 8 minutes to all the Theme Parks and just 20 minutes drive to the spectacular Gold Coast beaches & Mount Tambourine. 45 minutes to Brisbane. Close proximately to M1 & Westfield Coomera. Supermarkets and a variety of Restaurants nearby. Our estate has a lovely lakeside area with boardwalk, tennis & basketball courts, BBQ facilities, playgrounds, Cafe and local Spar Mini Mart.

Covered tranquil pergola area to relax with a cuppa a or glass of your favourite beverage! Two bedrooms both with Queen beds. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Unlimited Wifi.
