Double room with private bathroom, in a flat with other 3 bedrooms and a shared breakfast room. The apartment is on the ground floor of a historical building dating back to the '30s, but it has been completely refurbished in 2018. A few steps from the train and bus station as well as from the city centre, it is the ideal accommodation both for guests who want to visit the Maremma and the seaside, but also for those who prefer to remain in the city.

The apartment, completely refurbished in 2018, is very bright and offers all comforts. The bedroom has its own private bathroom inside, with large shower, a comfortable double bed and it is perfect for a couple, for single travelers or for people who travel on business. Windows have double glazing, so that the apartment is very quiet.

Besides of their own bedroom and bathroom, guests have access to a large shared breakfast room (without stove), equipped with sink, fridge with small freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules and electic kettle. The breakfast room can be used by guests for preparing their own breakfast or enjoy some take-away food. We will be glad to provide complimentary tea and coffee to all our guests.

The apartment is extremely central, though on a quiet side road with not so much traffic. All essential services are available in the neiboughood, a few hundred metres from the apartment (pharmacy round the corner, post office, grocery store, bank, bars and restaurants) and the city centre is easily reacheable in just a 5-10 minute walk (650 meters).
