Casa Roja is set on a 1 ½ acre pine tree-lined lot at the end of a quiet neighborhood road only 7 miles to Cornell campus and downtown Ithaca and 2 miles to the Ithaca Mall. The open and bright floorplan is the perfect setting for family time. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with large farm table or barbequing on the expansive raised deck off the kitchen.

The large family room offers plenty of seating for hanging out, family games, movie watching and even a retro pinball machine.
Master bedroom and bath off of the living room upstairs. Second bedroom off of the kitchen is adjacent to its own full bath with stand-up shower and laundry. Open staircase to the lower-level featuring a common room with queen futon and workout area with sliders opening onto a patio and backyard. Hallway leads to third full bath and two additional bedrooms with full-sized beds.
Owners willing to work with guests to customize reasonable needs. Ability to use stairs required.
