A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Centre located in Lisbon. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price (2€/person/day). If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.

Condessa Modern Place is just 200 meters from the Bairro Alto, 350 meters from Chiado and 300 meters from Rossio Square. Baixa can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
From the airport, take any transportation available (aerobus, bus,metro or taxi) to the Baixa/Chiado area. The taxi will leave you at the door to the building, If you take the metro, you must go out Baixa/Chiado Station or Rossio – from there it is five minutes walk to the apartment. If you take the bus you must alight in Rossio - from there it's a five-minute walk to the apartment.
Local Attractions:
A settlement since c. 1200 BC, mythically founded by Ulysses, Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world. Rich in architecture, a sample of this diversity can be found in the area surrounding the Retiro da Condessa apartment. Within walking distance are Lisbon's Opera House, the Carmo Convent, the Chiado Museum, a number of churches, including the oldest church in Lisbon.
Also nearby is the Luís de Camões.
