NO PETS ALLOWED ! Ten minutes walking distance from the town center, the 40 sq meter apartment is in a more than 100 years old house. It is opened to a small yard. In addition it has a climbing boards in the basement.
The bedroom has two beds that may be arranged separately or as a single double bed. The bedroom is large enough to accomodate a third person (e.g. a child) on a folding bed.The kitchen can be used for cooking.There is a small sheltered terrace, where smoking is allowed.

This apartment has still some remnants of the past communist time when it was taken by the government authorities as being in excess of the house owner.So, the cozy atmosphere is enhanced by the introduction of some vintage accents
The apartment is opened to a yard behind the house, so it is far from the street noise. At the same time in front of the house, in the street, there are a variety of restaurants
The apartment has a small terrasse, sheltered by the balcony of the upper flat, where, in the open, smoking is allowed. It is fitted with a small table and chairs and can be used for a rest in the open.
In addition , there is a room in the underground floor, fitted with climbing boards.

The appartment will be used full time solely by the guests. Access to the underground sport facility will be arranged upon request.
The apartment is accessed from the yard. The yard entrance from the street is locked after 5 p.m.

Upon a guest wish and depending on our availability we can arrange meeting and transfer from/to the airport, or, bus station, organize hiking in the mountains, trips to lakes , town tours, etc. at the cost of our expences.

The house is situated in a relatively old area considered to be one of the best in the town. Most interesting places as the Alexander Nevsky cathederal, the St.Sofia church, the University and the very town center are at 10-15 minutes walking distance.
