House has direct backyard access to Masterson Station park and there are friendly horses that you can pet right out the back door! A dog park is within walking distance. The Kentucky Horse Park is 3 miles away, UK campus is 7 miles away, and Keeneland/airport is 8.5 miles away.

The room is the one at the front of the house. It has a large desk, TV with a Chromecast plug-in, private bathroom, full-size bed, Lazy-Boy chair, and a closet. The house has direct park access, is in a very quiet neighborhood with no through traffic, 3 dogs that are very friendly and will be kept out of your way.
House is always kept very clean and quiet! Free parking right out front on the street.
