Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of historic Whittington Park. Just a short walk through the tree lined park is Hot Spring's Bath House Row and the vibrant arts, architecture, shopping, and dining on Central Avenue.
This sweet little Victorian is charming beyond words and the hosts are wonderful as well. They provided everything - and more - that anyone could want or need. Such wonderful attention to detail in all the furnishings. We would highly recommend their place and will definitely …
Warning, when I booked this house it was listed as a two bedroom. It is NOT a two bedroom house. It is a one bedroom house with a Murphy bed in the living room. Also, if you intend to use the second bed, they are going to charge you another $10.00, even though you are paying f…
In actuality it can be argued the house has only one bedroom. We shall adjust our description to clarify the parlor doubles as a sleeping area for those who choose to rent the additional space as sleeping area. in order to accommodate the needs of their group. The charge for the added sleeping area will remain $25 per person per night. The $10 fee for use of the Murphy bed will remain as a courtesy for guests desiring two beds instead of one. Our listing has always contained a $10 extra bed fee to cover a portion of the added work and costs of setting up and cleaning bedding for two separate beds instead of one. Finally, had Annette clearly and directly registered complaint or concern over any of these issues we would have been more than happy to diligently work to resolve any problems as we always have. In actuality the house has a mini split conditioning/heating unit, one window unit. Ceiling fans, and transoms are designed to allow the house to be kept quite comfortable when used correctly. We are apologetic for any duress for Annette and her party. As we pride ourselves on responding to and addressing concerns of our visitors we are saddened she went away disappointed. Our intent has been to see to it our guests are comfortable and have the best time possible. As always we welcome feedback to improve the quality of our guests stay
