Wooded trails at back of property can be accessed off driveway. Feel free to roam anywhere on our 12 acre lot, as long as you don't mind sharing it with us. It has a large wooded area at the back that extends right to the road as well as a front yard that is riverfront.

Hosts park in garage during winter months; guests may occasionally hear garage door opening/closing.
Snow slides from the steel roof occasionally after heavy snowfall - park cars accordingly, with sufficient space between vehicle and building.
If you need an iron, just let us know in advance!
