Fully furnished 23 sqm. studio in a brand new condo where guests are provided with a queen-sized bed and a single size air bed. It has a small sofa where you can sit in comfort while watching TV. Enjoy our high-Speed WIFI 30mbps Unlimited Internet Plan, Smart TV with HD Cable Channels, fresh linens, mini kitchen with complete tools for light cooking, complete dining wares, water dispenser with complimentary 5gal. purified drinking water, standard/full-sized dining and working table, clean aircon, stand fan, hot and cold water shower, and a lot of storage space.
On a higher floor with a nice view of the city is visible.

1.) Only confirmed/registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.
2.)We have a queen-sized bed and a single size air bed.
3.)Our rate is good for 2 guests. We charged 250/night for an extra guest.
4.) We only offer one-time cleaning after each stay, however, you may request additional cleaning and change of linens in between your stay for a fee. Kindly coordinate with the host.
5.) Extra towels, bed linens, and pillowcases will be provided.
6.) Our unit is a self-service studio condominium yet we are always available for any queries/concerns.

As condo guidelines set in this pandemic, All guests are required to submit a copy of valid IDs and the latest health clearance or a medical certificate ( You may request it either from a barangay officer, medical clinic, health centers, company or family doctor) Please send it to us upon booking or before arrival. It is needed as an attachment to our authorization letter for our guests to enter the condo.
