Our sunny Williamsburg guest room has a comfortable double bed, closet, some custom furniture, and a large sliding glass door window that opens up to a balcony with a view the neighborhood and the Manhattan skyline. We are conveniently located in Williamsburg, just a few minutes walk from the Lorimer / Metropolitan stop on the L and G trains as well as the Hewes stop on the J/M/Z trains which are a 10 minute ride into Manhattan. An ideal home base for work trips and exploring NYC.

**We are already known for keeping a clean apartment, as you can read in our reviews, but since the outbreak of Covid-19 we have stocked up on additional disinfecting supplies and adjusted our cleaning routines to make sure we provide the safest environment we can for our guests. The guest room also has a Dyson air purifier with a HEPA air filter in it to provide your room with extra clean air.
This is a private bedroom in Williamsburg with central heat and AC, a large north facing sliding glass door / window that gets lots of natural light and opens directly to a balcony overlooking Williamsburg and the Manhattan skyline. The room has a full size bed with a memory foam mattress pad, clean sheets and towels, full length mirror, closet, some custom furniture and heavy black out curtains.
This is a two story apartment on the 4th floor of a newer walk-up building. The main floor has your bedroom along with two other bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom with a shower / bathtub. I am an interior designer / custom furniture maker and my roommate, also named Chris, is a musician and works at a restaurant in the city. Upstairs there is an additional penthouse suite which we also Airbnb with its own bathroom and entrance.

We don’t offer any additional discounts other than the length of stay discounts which are automatically applied when you enter the dates of your trip. We may or may not be home when you check in, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor in the event that we can’t be home to give you a hand.
My roommate Chris and I both often work nights and sometimes get home from work late, between 10pm and 4am, which may result in the occasional late night shower or snack. When this happens, we try to keep the volume down to be respectful of whoever may be trying to sleep, but some level of noise is inevitable. If you are a very light and early to bed sleeper, just keep this in mind. Ear plugs are available upon request.

Williamsburg is the coolest neighborhood in the world! Our apartment is located in the south eastern part of Williamsburg where it is a little quieter than the area around Bedford Ave, though we are just a short walk from the heart of it all. We have countless amazing shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Manhattan is just a 15 minute train ride away via the L, G, or JMZ trains and also easily accessible by car over the Williamsburg Bridge. We are very conveniently situated near Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Bedstuy and Manhattan.
