PRIVATE BEACH 3 BDRM COTTAGE ON GEORGIAN BAY.!!
Happy Valley is a 3 bedroom, 6 person, dog-friendly cottage with PRIVATE beach on Georgian Bay. It is open concept with very expansive windows looking directly out to the private beach-great added security for those with children. It tapers very slowly into the water (which is about 3.5 feet deep). The very large deck provides stunning views. A 2 person hammock a 6'X12' water raft, floating dock & canoe with lifejackets, provide fun for everyone.

Happy Valley provides self check in - easily check yourself in with the key pad. We provide free parking on premises. Our intent is to make your stay very comfortable and convenient. We provide a fully stocked kitchen, including plates, cutlery, microwave, blender, kettle, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a coffee machine with filters, chopping boards, stove, fridge. As a result of Covid, we ask that you bring your own bed linens, pillows cases and blankets. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Portable heaters and fans are available. The cottage has a TV and DVD/BluRay player. For now, as a result of covid, the DVDs ( for adults and children) and the board games will not be available.
There is also a fire pit with 4 muskoka chairs, a BBQ with propane tank, bbq brush, picnic table with benches and a table with 4 additional chairs. Simply bring water, food and towels and you are ready to enjoy Happy Valley!!!
If you are looking for a fancy, shiny, modern cottage - this cottage is NOT for you. This cottage is a true, quintessential Canadian cottage!!! It is quaint at 750 sq ft, comfortable, rustic and provides a very serene environment to relax and unwind in the wilderness and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. This is not a hotel.

The cottage is private so the entire space can be accessed. In season, there are pots with tomato plants and mint. Feel free to pick ripe red tomatoes for your salads and/or make a mojito with the fresh planted mint!!!

Please note that our base rate is for 6 people, extra people are $50/night. Please note, a cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
During the peak summer season (May long weekend through to September long weekend), we only accept week long bookings (7 night minimum). If there are no full weeks left in our calendar please inquire for the desired duration and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

NO smoking indoors
Pet Friendly - ONE dog less than 50 lbs - we just kindly ask that they are kept off the furniture and beds.
NO parties or events

Check out - 11 am

MUST take your garbage with you - otherwise a $100 fee will be charged
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000
Cottage is to be left in the same condition as when you received it. Clean and broom swept.

The cottage is located in Skerryvore on Moonlight Bay. It's close to Pointe Au Baril, Killbear Provincial Park, Parry Sound. A canoe is available for your use and kayaks can be rented at Whitesquall Paddling Centre which is 15-20 minutes away. We have a dock so if you want to bring your boat, the public boat launch is one minute away....extremely convenient!! Georgian Bay is a great fishing spot and one of the BEST locations for BASS fishing in Ontario
The waste transfer station is 3 minutes from the cottage so it is very convenient for garbage disposal. They are very particular, so please ensure that you use ONLY clear bags for garbage and you must recycle, otherwise they will not accept your bags .

Hi, I’m Zee. A year ago my husband Jerry and I bought this beautiful cottage with the hopes of sharing our secluded little piece of heaven with others. We have made Happy Valley a little home away from home! Leave the outside world, unplug, relax and enjoy!! The cottage is private, so we won't be on site, however we are available via phone/text during your entire stay. We also have a friend in the area that can assist should we run into anything unexpected.
