A two minute walk to the beach, quick stroll to Blundstone Arena, 5 minute wander to Bellerive Village or a quick drive to the city - your choices will be numerous as we are centrally positioned to all the popular places and events in southern Tasmania.

Beside the notion that the space basks in natural sunlight most of the day, the recently renovated self contained apartment loft features a cosy wood-fired heater, air conditioning, a queen size bed, NBN supported WiFi, a private balcony, off-street parking and a private entrance.

Hi there! We are a laid back bunch of four - me, my partner Bill, son Tino and pooch Bowie. Work wise we run a painting and decorating business for over a decade now and enjoy the process thoroughly. Eight years ago we had embarked on a sea change and moved from Sydney to Hobart.
