Linda Vista is located in the beautiful surf-friendly beach of el Zonte in La Libertad, about 45 minutes from San Salvador and 50 minutes from El Salvador’s international airport. The house is part of an exclusive residential complex with 24-hour security, possessing plenty of green space and giving you all the privacy and peacefulness you deserve.

Linda Vista is one of the few houses in Residencial Xanadu built at higher altitude, giving it one of the most astonishing views of the ocean. The house is divided into three levels, level 1 is a parking lot big enough to fit 6 cars. In level 2 you will find the main pool as well as a small pool for toddlers, and two terraces with excellent views to the ocean. You will also find the dining space, bbq areas and a kitchen equipped for your every need. On level 3 you will find a master bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds, a living room with TV, internet and Google Chrome, two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed and three bathrooms. You will also find three hammocks on level three where you can nap or relax, and two terraces with probably the best views in Xanadu. You will find yourself at home in Linda Vista.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the service dormitory.
For your convenience and safety, the housekeeper will be at your service the whole time. Whether you need assistance to set up a hammock in a different place, clean a spot of the house or even cook, he will be able to assist you.

For security reasons, we ask for a list of the names of all guests a day prior to the visit.

Linda Vista is located only minutes from El Salvador’s prime spot for surfing and nightlife (the beach of El Tunco). Xanadu is one of the few residential complexes with a private beach delimited by natural crags, easily accessible by a short walk. The beach is highly dynamic, turning into astounding natural salt water pools during rainy season (April to November) and to a beautiful sandbar during dry season (December to March). No matter which season you decide to come, you are guaranteed to have a great time.
