The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the train station, 4 tram lines and bus stations. If you arrive by car, you can park in Parking of the Comedie.
The beach is only 15 minutes by car, but you can also access by tram (line 4 at 300m).

Bonjour, nous sommes Mimi & Régis. Tous deux ingénieurs dans l'agroalimentaire et Montpelliérains d'origine, nous sommes de retour dans le sud après quelques années passées sous le soleil de Normandie... Grands amateurs de bricolage, nous avons personnellement rénové les appartements que nous proposons à la location en essayant de les rendre le plus confortable possible pour nos voyageurs. We are both working for the food industry as engineer and we are back to the south of France after few years in the sunny Normandy...
