This property is not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to the stairs. Babies who are not walking are fine and we do have a crib.

Only a few homes occupy this prime neighborhood so close to the major tourist attractions of Guam. Very central, near GPO shopping, Kmart and all the hotels. Of course, the park and beach are only a 7 minute walk.
