Hi Emilie, I appreciate your feedback. We distribute our web link to our guests in advance of their arrival. I noticed it was sent to you, so perhaps our wires crossed. Regarding the pool renovations that was in October, and spilled into November, 2018 and is now completed in full, I did send the following note below to you and all guests that booked in November. I tried to communicate it proactively as they were tracking the renovation completion day to day in the completion delays.

It looks like the pool renovations may not complete in time for your support, as our HOA has communicated . I hope they do as it was supposed to complete in October but there's a possibility because the project hasn't completed.
If our pool is not usable, you are allowed to use the pool in "The Lodge" which is a 5 minute walk but if it's cold outside, might be better to drive.
The good news is the Lodge facility is nicer than our pool as it's a 5 star resort, and has the nicest pool in Keystone.
