An ultra-modern apartment with luxurious, high-quality furnishings set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Within your stay you can enjoy private use of the luxurious indoor swimming pool & hot tub for one hour.
Please note we hire the pool out to the public from 10am until 5pm Monday to Saturday & 1 1am - 2pm on Sunday you could hear some noise from the pool.

A beautiful, self-contained apartment in the countryside ideal for walks and bike rides near to the stunning Norfolk coast, just 7km from Great Yarmouth. This accommodation offers a private entrance, with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen including full use of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan living area complete with flat-screen television and furnishings. The apartment has a private ensuite bathroom, with shower (please note all towels and linen are provided). Glass doors open up onto a furnished patio area.
Free on-site car parking, WIFI.
Private use of the hot tub and the New indoor heated swimming pool with a swim-up jet for one hour.
PLEASE NOTE we hire the pool out to the public from 10 am until 4 pm with a maximum of 4 people you could hear some noise while the pool is in use. we do ask all our guests to respect others with noise.
We also rent out the grey room at the Black barn with a maximum of two guests using the facilities in the evening.
The grey room guests are away from the apartment with use of a private patio area and have no contact with the apartment.

The apartment is joined to the owner's barn where they currently reside. You will have privacy, however, as the owner's do live at the adjoining barn, there are sometimes visitors however they will use the central garden path causing little to no disruption to guests. The owner's do use the hot tub / swimming pool when it is free , however, it is free for guests to use up to 1 hour per day until 11pm when the lighting go out.
Highly recommend booking a one hour slot.

We offer a service If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement or would simply like a finishing touch added to your stay,
such as Prosecco, balloons & decorations. We can also arrange for fresh flowers

Breakfast menu served daily at 9am for £12.50 served in the apartment or outside on the patio area .

This can be arranged for your arrival or any time during your stay served in the apartment or outside.
A mixture of Homemade
Cakes, pastries and sandwiches.
