The cottage is located at the roots of Langholtsfjall mountain, it´s a relaxing place where you can enjoy yourself to the fullest.
It is close to Golden Circle, Strokkur geysir, Gullfoss (Waterfall), Secret Lagoon, Hiking trails, Horse rentals, River rafting, Snowmobile tours, and other fun activities.
It´s located an hour from Reykjavik

It would be good to stop in a grocery store on the way (ex. in Selfoss if you are coming from Reykjavík or in Hvolsvöllur/Hella if you are coming from the south coast) for the next grocery store is in Fludir (samkaup strax) has short opening hours.
Note that the tap-water is not only drinkable but very good!
