This is the information we send to all guests prior to their arrival about the steps to the beach, and that were sent to this guest well in advance of the reservation: •Please be extremely cautious if you use our steps to access the beach. They are steep, and if you have small kids, weak knees or a fear of heights, these are NOT the steps to use. An alternative route with a much gentler slope is located an 8-minute walk down Holeman Ave. Walk or drive down Holeman Ave. until you reach the corner, where the road turns into Birch Bay Drive. There is a gently sloping beach access point right here for residents and their guests. If anyone should question why you are using this access point, let them know you are staying on Holeman Ave.
