The farmhouse is a beautiful villa situated 800 meters above sea level and surrounded by forests of oak and chestnut trees. The geographical location is very strategic to reach many tourist centers of Tuscany and Umbia.

The Casale is surrounded by terraced fields which date back to the house, full of walnut trees, olive trees, fruit trees and stones. The old barn house has been transformed into a charming Independent outbuilding with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Outside, the large brick patio is surrounded by a large lawn where the ping-pong table, a modern fitness elliptical machine and a small corner for the little ones with the trampoline, the double altelana also for smaller, the slide and the little toy-house.
The main house has three double bedrooms with bathroom, upstairs; on the ground floor instead of the basement, we have created a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a kitchen, a bathroom to the living area with facilities for the disabled, a huge living room with comfortable sofas and a big kitchen where there is room for all and where the fireplace is located a fireplace and a wood-burning oven. The small house connected to the rest of the house consists of a large master bedroom that can become a comfortable triple, a large living room with sofa bed, bathroom and fitted kitchen. From the outside it is accessed through the stone staircase with the typical "lodge" of the Tuscan country houses. The furniture that could be called rustic chic, combining pieces of antiquarato Tuscan furnishings are modern and comfortable as sofas and mattresses king-size mattress shape memory. On the terrace of the main facade, overlooking the valley, we have developed a wide veranda with tables and lounges, eat and relax. The interior walls are very colorful, the choice of colors is inspired by the flowers of the surrounding countryside, pink, red, purple, yellow, green. Each bedroom with its bathroom is distinguished by a different color in a cheerful color scheme and delicate at the same time. The floors of fine Tuscan Terracotta and ceilings with exposed beams make the rooms very warm and hospitable. Services: all seven bathrooms are very spacious and have a window. Two have a bath with shower, the other five have comfortable showers. The bathroom on the ground floor is suitable for disabled people. An eighth functional bathroom to the pool is created inside an outbuilding located near the pool itself.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The property has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack. For an asset of cardio-fitness elliptical bike is available a modern high-performance. Two mountain bikes are available to the other structure with the possibility rental service is needed and by appointment. Ability to organize dinners and / or cooking classes, guided tours, hunting and fishing, pottery classes, wine tastings at wineries and tasting the most reliable Olive Oil, all on the reservation. The swimming pool, set on a gradient that forms a natural terrace is reached via a path that runs along an escarpment of lavender and many other varieties of bushes that are colored according to the season.
