This full floor of a 1930s building is the perfect place for anyone looking to explore Brooklyn's stoops, leafy streets and eclectic culture. Close enough to Manhattan to be tourist, far enough away to get a unique perspective.
One of the most spacious and light apartments you'll come across in the city. Very quiet as the bedroom is at the back and only one other apartment in the building.
- Large queen bedroom with adjoining full size bathroom.
- The living room is very spacious with a dining table that seats six comfortably and a lounge area in front of a 42" TV. The kitchen in partitioned by a bar and comes fully loaded with everything you need to cook up a meal or two (even with wok and raclette machine should you get adventurous)
- Superb local amenities from the farmer's market to the flea market, delicatessen and artisan coffee shops right on the doorstep.
Use whatever you like, from the record player to the Apple TV (HBO GO, Netflix etc) with full surround sound system. I will keep the walk-in closet closed and filled with my clutter.
I will likely not be in the city during your stay but will be available by phone if needed. I also have close friends in the neighborhood who can deal with anything in person as needed.
Please no pets and no smoking. Treat the place like you would wish your own to be treated.
