La Casata, is a small newly renovated building with a fairly large living area and kitchen, one bed room and an option for the bathroom as separate WC and shower or one bathroom combined. The Casata and house are within an enclosed area with parking outside.
Situated 50 metres from the small hamlet of El Salze looking out to countryside. The pool is approximately 6 x 4 Metres.
There are olive trees a vegetable garden and a large formal garden.
Walking and cycling routes are beside the house.

The area is muy tranquelo although the local community centre does host family parties on Average once a month. Beneixama and La Mariola is a 30 minute walk with churches, bars, restaurants, cooperativa, bakeries, food stores etc. Two formal cycling routes are 100m from the Casata, with many other flat or steep options.
