This villa is situated in the quite place very near to the historic center of Zagarolo - quite a picturesque ancient town. It is a wonderful base to visit Tivoli, Palestrina, Castelli Romani, Valmontone outlet and many other attractions of Lazio, but certainly you need a car here…
Hello Natalie, thank you for the detailed comment you posted and for complimenting. As for your remarks: 1. Price may not be altered after booking has been completed. I had only asked you to please consider new pricing in view of the fact that having been at one of my daughters' who had had surgery, I had completely overlooked to update festivities charges. Never mind, the place was sold under Christmas festivities at the total price of euros 42/night, including bed/bath linen, gas for cooking, electricity, parking. Your lovely baby stayed free of charge. Not to make the same mistake, I closed immediate booking options. 2. Extra payments are all, duly listed in the relevant section of my Airbandb webpage, and people can well check them. 3. The same as it concerns heating. 4. On the description, it is clearly stated that for 2 pax the space available is partial: sqm 70, without the bedroom. 5. Here again, it is clearly stated the WIFI only works in some of the rooms. I am sorry that staying in a villa on top of a hill, with such a wonderful panorama around can cause, at times, some inconveniences as far as connection is concerned :=)); that a car is needed to move around is strongly advised in various sections of my ad. Yes, villas, contrary to block of flats, are surrounded by trees and gardens, no buses or trains in sight... On the other hand, fresh, clear air and quietness. I hope you enjoy your vacation in Naples. cheers, Laura
We have been living in our lovely house for a very long time. We arrived here with four small children and a puppy. In those days I was employed at FAO headquarters in Rome. I left, later, to look after our big family. I am an artist: paint, play piano, write. I read too, a lot. …
