A self contained annexe attached to my home comprising of a large double bedroom with ensuite and kitchenette with, fridge, toaster, microwave (no oven) and tea/coffee making facilities and is ideally situated to act as a base to explore Cornwall and Devon.
The space
The accommodation is all on one level with it's own private entrance. There is a double bed, TV and a hairdryer. Ironing facilities can be provided on request. There is a designated parking space on the property for guests.

There is direct access from the annexe to a patio with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the south facing garden. It is possible to add a single bed to the room on request to sleep 3 people.
Please note that some SAT NAVS take you to the estate and school which are actually at the back of my house. Once in Liskeard it may be best to go by my directions!

Liskeard town centre is a 10 minute walk and has quirky shops, plenty of coffee bars, hair salons, 2 Indian restaurants, a Dominos pizza takeaway, 2 Chinese takeaways and a new Weatherspoons. Morrison’s supermarket is within easy walking distance and Aldi is 1km away.
Liskeard hospital which has a minor injuries unit and out of hours doctors clinic is also 1km away.
