Trail’s End cabin is a unique experience located on Sugar Island. A short car ferry ride. Accessible by a private, gated, Duck Lake Road. Enjoy the outdoors with plenty of opportunity to hike, bike, fish, hunt, kayak and canoe. 10 minutes from a boat launch and store. Make sure to bring your camera as it’s a photographer’s delight. There are acres of private trails, hunting land, shoreline for fishing and duck hunting. Don’t miss the fall leaves it is the most beautiful time of year!!!

The car ferry is the main way to the island. You pay when you go onto the island ... not when you leave. The cabin is in a gated community called Duck lake. We will meet you at the gate to take you into the cabin!

There are three stores on the island, a bar/restaurant and three boat launches. One store is a 5 minute drive from the duck lake gate as well as a boat launch. A public beach access called Sinwaba and a few cultural places to see!
