Rustic cabin near Wildcat Mountain State Park and the Kickapoo Valley Reserve. A quiet place to disconnect, hike, and enjoy the Driftless. The cabin has an attached outhouse. We are a working farm specializing in herbs, teas and heirloom apples. We have a bakery onsite that is open on the weekends, May -October. We share the farm with domesticated and wild animals. We enjoy cultural exchange.
We closely follow all covid suggestions: masks, distancing, and in cleaning our spaces.

We currently do not allow access to the main house due to covid-19, but we have an outdoor shower and solar shower bags available to you during spring, summer and fall months.

Wifi is limited. Ontario is 3 miles away with wifi at the library, and bar with food. Viroqua is 45 minutes away. A wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant is 18 minutes away.

We are located in rural southwestern Wisconsin. It is full of scenic and windy roads with Amish buggies and lots of animals. Cell phones connections can become spotty, GPS isn't always accurate and it is dark at night. The good news is you can often see the Milky Way. But for your safety and our sanity, we prefer that guests arrive before dark.
And while you are here stop by Wildcat Mountain State Park! Three miles away. Or the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, 7 miles away.
