It is a quiet SLIGHTLY BASEMENT apt, with a fresh temperature during the hot summer, and warm enough during winter time (but do not expect to wear just a T-shirt in January ;))!!
It is not a luxury one, but it is comfortable and very well located - between the center (15 min by bus or 25 min walk) and the first hills of Fiesole (20 min walk).

The flat is located in a non turistic, lovely area of the city. The bus stop for and from the city center is just 50m from the house. The bus takes around 10-15min to get to Piazza San Marco (where is the museum of the Accademia delle Belle Arti and its Michelangelo's David) and the train station of Santa Maria Novella.
