Cozy studio located in a marina on the Swinging Bridge Reservoir. Private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, deck, propane bbq grill and TV/wifi. Deck faces the water and sunsets. Note that the studio is located in an active marina and is located in the mountains. It is not secluded nor is it upscale. You may encounter insects and other people when outside. You will share a wall with another unit but otherwise it is private and the marina typically clears out at dusk.

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Friday-Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
