Our place is designed to be light and inviting with our grey scale design and modern amenities. With beautiful mountain views we're located near the heart of Castle Rock, only 1 mile from great shopping at the outlet mall and many restaurants and brewery’s. We also have several great hiking trails close by, fishing at Chatfield lake and the Phillip S Miller adventure park nearby. Also being close to i-25 makes trips up to Denver, the Tech Center or down to Colorado Springs an easy commute.

Our space is designed to be functional and cozy for a quick weekend trip or for an extended stay. We have a full kitchen giving you the flexibility to cook your favorite meals here as you would at home. We provide home made cinnamon rolls to each of our guests as a thank you for your staying with us. We have a plush queen sized bed with an additional queen sized blow-up mattress available as well. We also provide a washer/dryer in the unit for those who may need a quick wash or for those staying for a longer period of time.

Besides the walkout basement unit guests can enjoy the patio and use a parking space on the back right corner of the drive way.

We have a great view of the iconic Castle Rock and the mountains and feel that the proximity to so many great restaurants and shopping makes this a great place to be. Our neighborhood is brand new and very family oriented, quiet and safe. Our place is conveniently located less than a mile from dozens of places to eat. Our favorite places to eat are Crave Burger, Fuzzy’s Tacos and Kneaders Bakery. We also live near great shopping with the Castle Rock outlet mall a mile away. We also live right near a golf course and several parks including the Phillip S Miller adventure park with a ropes course, incline, rock walls and other activities. There are tons of hiking trails nearby and the mountains are less than a 30 min drive away. We are also located close to the i-25 freeway giving you easy access to go up to Denver or down to Colorado springs. We personally love the hills and mountain views that surround us making Castle Rock a unique gem in Colorado!

We are a friendly little family but we love giving guests their space. I will usually respond to requests within an hour during the early morning and throughout the day. Late night messages I usually won’t get to until early morning.
