Large Studio Apartment
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, High Definition LCD T.V., with Suddenlink Cable, gas heater, off street private parking, and LOT’s of privacy. Also, enjoy a large hot tub in a privately fenced-in yard. One Queen bed.

If you have one or two more guests traveling with you, I have a queen size Aerobed mattress that others have used for kids and extra adults. Four is maximum for the studio apartment.

Born and raised in NYC and 21 years in Los Angeles, I found my little part of heaven in Humboldt county, a rural area in Northern CA and a sweet little Victorian Village of Ferndale. Moved here in 2007 and restored an 1896 Victorian and the attached vacation rental apartment in the rear of the property. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 40 years experience. I teach at College of the Redwoods Community College in the Addiction Studies Certification program training new addiction counselors. I am an avid collector and dealer in antique and vintage American glassware. Glad to show guests the collection, if interested. I am a Gay man and welcome all. My motto is "Tell the Truth, Faster!"

As much interaction as needed by the guest. Otherwise, I will leave you alone. I live in the main house in front of the property so would be easily available.
