This special holiday home is located in the middle of the nature reserve of San Martin de Valdeiglesias above a large lake and is very suitable for water sports enthusiasts and hikers. From the bright living room and the private terrace you have a view over the trees, the lake and the mountains. Here you can completely relax while surrounded by nature.
This holiday home is located in the mountains and is a lot cooler in summer. In winter it is pleasant, partly due to the underfloor heating that is present throughout the house. For the cozy atmosphere there is also a wood stove in the living room.
San Martin de Valdeiglesias is a city / municipality in the westernmost part of the province of Madrid, one that also borders parts of Avila and Toledo. The city has become a very popular place for locals and tourists, especially during the summer months when the weather tends to be much more pleasant than the blazing heat of Madrid.
This beautiful area has many possibilities for going out by bike, canoe or on foot. Chances are you will come face to face with a deer, a wild boar or one of the many species of birds of prey.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
