Welcome to our little Red Barn!
Not so little actually, our 1840 barn has been transformed into a complete guest house.
The whole place is yours!
We live across the driveway in the main house if you have any questions or concerns.
The only thing we share is the parking area and it is very big.
We can accommodate up to 4 people and as it’s set up now you will all be sharing what is essentially one large bedroom, though we have had guests in the past move the day bed downstairs.

1st floor has.....Full kitchen with dining area....tableware, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, Keurig K cup coffee and snacks.
For those who love to cook we just bought a beautiful new gas stove complete with griddle feature!
Laundry room is off the kitchen as is a large exercise/work room with desk, free weights, yoga mats, exercise balls etc.
NOTE ALL EQUIPMENT IS USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We are not responsible for any injuries, weight loss, or general feelings of well-being caused by using this room.
Back door opens to a private patio for grilling or relaxing. There’s a Weber grill (with charcoal and grilling utensils) and a fire pit. A nice cotton hammock stretched between two large oaks at the edge of the woods.
2nd floor is essentially one large bedroom/living space with vaulted ceiling. A queen bed, twin day bed and couch can all be used for sleeping. We also have a few air mattresses if that is preferable.
A tv with Verizon FIOS and WIFI is included, as is a retro Atari game system (for younger people or those who want to relive their youth!).
For those looking to work remotely the barn has its own dedicated WiFi with Verizon 5G service. Very strong signal anywhere in barn and of course a desk and tables for working.
The bathroom with rainfall shower is up here too.
Barn has forced-air heat and central AC.
We are roughly a 45 minute drive or a 45 express Metro North train ride to Manhattan and live about 2 miles from the Croton Harmon station.
Our location is ideal for anyone in the city who wants to get away for a bit and explore the River Towns, or as a base to visit the Catskills or further upstate and not deal with the traffic to and from the city. We are an easy day trip to Hunter Mountain and all the ski resorts, West Point, Dia Beacon and Mohunk Mountain House to name a few!
I should also mention we are maybe 3 minutes from the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze!!
We are also good for anyone from out of town visiting the city for a show, dinner or an event, but doesn't actually want to stay in the city.
