It’s a super central building with small cute studios with brand new quality beds and mattresses, fridge, coffee machine and a shower room with sink. This place is on the second floor of the building and you access it through stairs. It is very silent and super accessible to all the things you can see in brussels centre with literally the best location of the city. All is here within a couple blocks. Grande place, manneken piss, pubs, restos. All is here. Washing machine and dryer as well.

Big plus is that behind the street is a large 8 floor car parking building with very friendly prices. So everything is here in two blocks walking. Grande place, manneken piss, place de la monnaie, chocolate factory, delirium pub, museums, restos and bars. All is here! My name is Anastasia. I work as a restaurant entrepreneuse in Brussels Belgium. Just finished renovating this super centrally located 5 floor building and constructed in it very cosy and warm studios for Brussels tourists and more. I am very excited to welcome each and everyone of you in my establishment!!! I upload three studios. All have brand new double beds with comfy mattresses. New showers and bathrooms. Each studio has its personal bathroom for your own private use. I also provide clothing washing and drying machines. Studios are warm 24/24 and hot water as well is provided of course. Fridges are in each studio and one studio has its own kitchen with table and office. The largest studio has two small office tables, 2 double beds and one 1 person bed. It fits up to 5 people. The medium size studio has one office table and a brand new double bed as well. The smallest one has one new double bed, personal bathroom with new shower and fridge. All studios have internet connection and televisions. The medium size studio has a sofa and a 4K Tv with Netflix. The building has an outdoor with code which I will give you when you do check in. I am more than excited to welcome everyone of you in Brussels. Everyone is also welcome in my restaurants next to this “hotel” with 10% reduction for Belgian specialities if you are interested in trying, pizzas or pastas as well. In the morning you are welcome to have coffee and breakfast after 10:30 am :) See you soon!!!!
