Nice, quiet space in a quiet neighbourhood. Setup to be way better than a hotel room to longer work stays. Your own fridge with freezer, a coffee maker. A good small oven big enough for pizza or heating/cooking any food you might want. The 'kitchen' is more of a nook with plates and cutlery - but you'll have to use the bathroom sink for washing or getting water (bathroom is the next room over.) Wifi with fast internet and a smart tv.

The house has a school with a park right nearby. It is a very short walk to downtown with nearby bars, the best burrito place and restaurants too. Also close to the river. If you are in town for work at the refineries, they are under than 10 min away by car.
