We would like to invite you to our modern, spacious city center apartment. The 75 square meters give you all the space you need even for bigger group or all family or romantic stay in cosy apartment.
There are 2 comfortable sofas in the living room, large dinning table, coffee table, tv, DVD with great choice of movies.
Fully equipped, separate kitchen will give you option to prepare some meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee from the dolce gusto coffee machine. For the comfort of your stay, you will find tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, bread, jams, butter, biscuit as the welcome pack.
The place has two spacious bedrooms, one with king size, comfortable bed and second with 2 single beds.
The bathroom is newly renovated and got an option of big tube or high pressure shower. We provide complimentary hair shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and shower gel also set of towels and hairdryer.
There is a free to use washer/dryer in the property along with ironing facilities so you can take care of laundry with easy.
High speed fiber internet will give you opportunity to enjoy online entertainment or work without any hassle.

PARKING INFO
There are loading bays outside the apartment where you can park your car and unload your bags and fellow travelers.
Then just drive around the block to the Ross Street car park which is only 2 minutes walk away.
The loading bays are free to park in over night (6pm-8am) and all day Sunday but otherwise are limited to 10 minutes.
The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from both the bus and train station making it super easy to get to.
We would like to inform that there is a CCTV camera OUTSIDE the property, to make our place safe and secure for our guests.
