This is a get-away-from-it-all kinda space. Very calm and sparcely appointed. An easy trip to 4 major National Park attractions and only 1 hour 20 minutes from an international airport.

I grew up on a ranch in the vicinity of my properties and went away for many years. When I came home I decided to refurbish the oldest buildings I could buy and do something to tidy up the community at the same time. It has been rewarding to create a calm, livable space out of almost ruin. I recently finished the renovation of the only motel Dell City had which was built in 1950 and has not been open for over 30 years. It has 4 AIRBNB units.
