Warm & friendly, newly done self-contained basement suite in old Irishtown, Pointe St- Charles, offers guests a queen-sized bed and sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The larch hardwood floors, slate countertop, maple butcher block, oak and bamboo tables, ceramic tile shower with cascading head, and well-lit space give this studio a comfortable, clean, earthy feel. Plenty of area for food preparation for those of you who like to indulge in the joys of cooking with ingredients from the Atwater or Jean-Talon markets.
Keys available upon arrival. Access to fully self-contained apartment, new flat screen tv, high speed internet, cable tv, easy parking
on street; bicycle upon request, with use of lock.
Because this is a basement apartment, height of ceilings is about 6ft 6in, so not ideal for very tall people.
