This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that I am currently residing in. I am renting the one room and bathroom for guests to enjoy a relaxing stay in Colorado. The apartment offers guest luxury and cleanliness. It is about a 5 minute walk from the light rail station and a 5 minute drive to the major highway that leads to downtown and castle rock. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well as great quick bites and bars. There is a hot tub and all year heated pool!

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living space as well as the patio. I am not home most of the time so guests will usually be home alone.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit which guests are also allowed to use. The only things that is off limits are my private room and bathroom. Guests will have access to their own room and full bathroom.

For guests with cars and who need parking will need to provide last 6 of Vin number and license plate info for parking registration.
