Bungalow with room for 6 guests maximum. Has a lovely open concept layout that is brand new, bright and airy. Bedrooms are all lovely sizes and bathroom has a great tub shower combo. Backyard is fenced with no neighbours to the one side and good privacy to enjoy a backyard BBQ.

Please do not use the main front gate to get to the backyard. Use back door or gate on the other side of the house.
The heat is radiant hot water so PLEASE do not crank the heat on the thermostat. Its a slower heating system and you can damage it if you crank the heat too fast. Its a very efficient heat, setting at 68-70 for this one floor home is cozy.
Tv has netflix and amazon prime. Feel free to log into your own accounts.
There is an alarm system on the property. If you wish to use, please ask for instructions before hand.
There is a bbq upon request. We keep it locked in the shed. Please ask for BBQ before your check in.
