We have 4 brand new well appointed modern rooms, all complete with a comfy king size bed, en suite bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV, wardrobe and mirror. Each room also has it's own private balcony, with views overlooking the green rice fields of Cam Chau and surrounding area. You will be provided with clean and fresh towels and we offer room cleaning at your request. A freshly cooked breakfast is provided every morning. We offer the highest standard of cleanliness, modern living and peaceful surrounds, whilst still retaining the feel and warmth of a real homestay. We welcome you into our home and our aim is to make it your home from home in Vietnam.

Our brand new 3 floor homestay is situated just outside Hoi An town in the tranquil setting of Cam Chau district. Located beside the beautiful and peaceful rice fields, we are only 3 km from Hoi An; just 5 minutes by car or motorbike and 20 minutes by bicycle. We offer take-out food options and a bar with a selection of wines, beers and spirits. You can enjoy your food and drinks at our dining table, on your own private balcony or in our quiet garden. We offer free Wi-Fi through out the homestay, free breakfast and complimentary drinking water during your stay. Make yourself at home, use our kitchen, relax in our lounge or chill out in the garden.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times for your convenience and to fit with your travel times. However, we ask that you try to advise us your approximate time of arrival, so we can ensure we are ready for you.
If you are arriving into Da Nang International Airport or Da Nang Train Station, we can arrange a private car to pick you up and bring you to our Homestay. Cost is just $20. Please contact us to book in advance.
If you have any questions, queries or enquiries about our Homestay or Hoi An in general, either before or after you book, don't hesitate to message us and we will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

We love our local area. Our house is beside the beautiful green rice fields. We generally have great hot weather here with a lovely gentle breeze coming from across the rice paddies. Our area is quiet, relaxed and safe. Take a bike ride or stroll through the rice paddies, take in the daily sight of water buffalo and locals going about their daily work. If your looking to stay in a modern house in the heart of rural Hoi An, soaking up the local way of life and getting an insight in to Vietnamese culture, please come and share our home with us.
