Sleeps two - close to the mountain! Now has WIFI!
It's an okay place to stay. Obviously only priced the way it is due to its proximity to the mountain but I believe the management company is over-playing their hand a bit. Mt baker is nice but there are no amenities outside of the mountain. No other way to kill time other than sk…
Hi Mike: Thank you for your review for Condo #88! At approximately $50.00 per night based upon double occupancy, and with a kitchenette during prime season, it is definitely about as close as you can stay to the mountain and very affordably priced. Based upon your review, I gather that you were looking more for the Aspen or Telluride experience. Fortunately/unfortunately, Mt Baker is not that...but for folks who are all about winter mountain sports, and less about the party scene, Mt. Baker is generally about as good as it gets. The condo building itself has some nice common area amenities such as a pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table, as well as self-serve laundry facilities...not sure if you were able to take advantage of that. About a thousand yards away is Chair-9 Restaurant/lounge...a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal along with your favorite beverage. Happy trails, Dan
This place is in a great location for the ski resort, it is also walking distance from the bar (Chair 9) which we went to for dinner. The only downside was the walls are a little thin and we were kept awake by other guests staying in the building. It did have internet which I was…
Hi Claire: Thank you for your review for studio Condo #88! We are very pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay. We're sorry to hear that some of the other guests/owners were a bit noisy. Yes, there is shared wifi, but it's typically not strong enough (particularly during peak usage periods) to stream movies or videos. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the condo upon departure. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travel plans bring you back to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan
This was a solid place to stay. A clean and convenient spot to rest your head. It’s about 30 min from Mt Baker Ski Area. It’s as close as you can get to Baker. Walking distance to Chair 9 for dinner and/or drinks. Also about 1-2 miles from Graham’s restaurant and convenience stor…

Great place to stay, especially if you’re planning on skiing/snowboarding most of the day.
