Guests LOVE my location, quick walk down the court to the beach it the bay and walking to restaurants and attractions at Belmont Park. Includes parking for 1 car.

Beach and bay are just 50 steps away. Restaurants, amusement park, just a quarter of a mile walk along the beach. Many attractions, with the relaxing fun of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We have bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, just pack light, and have some fun!

I grew up in Minnesota before moving out to San Diego and finishing college at San Diego State University. I have 2 kids in their 20’s and we all love the beach, playing beach VB, biking in the boardwalk, people watching and going to the shops and restaurants! My husband, Steve is a super smart handyman and fixes everything down at our rentals. So lucky!

I give my guests space. I live 30 minutes away in case there’s a problem and always check in with my guests to make sure they’re having a good time!
