Overall, the apartment is situated in a great location for exploring Montreal. The apartment itself was very clean and comes with all the necessary amenities - we were also thankful for the AC when it was very hot outside. The apartment is very close to all the restaurants/cafes/…

Alojamiento muy recomendable. Moderno, limpio, agradable y con zonas de aparcamiento alrededor. Silencioso edificio y destacaría el buen estado de los colchones, cocina y baño. Con posibilidad de ir al centro andando 40 minutos o en transporte público. Totalmente recomendable.
In 10 years with airBnB and almost double that with (Hidden by Airbnb) all over the world, we have never had such a bad experience. When we were considering the property , we messaged them to ask about parking in their neighborhood as we had not been to Montreal in almost 10 year…

Dear Katrina, Thank you so much for writing to us a really exhaustive feedback, since we try our best to improve everyday, we are really happy to read all your comments and we will be pleased to share it with all our team to be sure that this situation will never happen again. Furthermore, we do have a virtual check-in, it's new app that we are trying. After using it since around 3 weeks, we really liked it because we can make every check-in in around 2 minutes. We are sorry that you didn't like passing trough this process, but for matter of security we don't have the choice to confirm the identity of our clients before giving them all the codes to access the apartment. However, the main reason why we love this app is that we are able to be always in contact with our guest. In fact, you just have to press ''contact host'' on the app and you easily do a video call directly with our reception that is open 24hrs. At anytime, we are more than happy to help you. We always tell our client to call us at any moment if they have any problem. After, talking too you through the app, we even sent you 3 different parking addresses and a map where you can find all the place where you can park for free. The automatique message you receive before booking with us was not regarding parking informations, it was regarding your account that was not filled your government ID which is a really important part for us. It insure all the guest we let enter in our building are verified, so all our clients are surrounded by good people :). Security is a really important thing for us and we do our best to make sure our client are in good hands. Regarding this point, we are sorry about this homeless person that was in the street, this is something out of our control, but in every metropolis all over the world there is people less fortunate. However, we have the chance, in Montreal, to have a lot of security in the street, but also to have peaceful people and secure area like the neighborhood you were staying in. Finally, we are more than sorry that the air conditionner was not on when you arrived, we are really working hard everyday, our housekeeping service is really professional, but mistakes sometimes happen. One more time, we do apologize a lot for that and we totally understand that it was hot in your apartment when you checked in. The only sad thing is that you didn't put in your story the part where our receptionist and our housekeeping manager went in your apartment and did everything to make you happy. In less then 5 minutes, we were knocking at your door ready to give you everything and make the more we could to pleased you. We are sorry that your experience was not as good as expected, but we truly believe that our apartment was charming and great. We hope that after this hard time checking in you had the chance to enjoy our beautiful apartment, but mostly our beautiful city :). Best regards, Like A Hotel Team
Très bel appartement. Design et bien agencé. Bon emplacement dans une rue vivante. La communication est facile avec l’appli virtualfrontdesk mais nécessite d’avoir une abonnement data sur le mobile.
