Superb building, fully renovated in 2015, having 10 apartment-hotel. No elevators in the building, located on the second floor.

Horrible service room was nasty bed was broken and blamed me for breaking it and charged me 250$ for it. Most pathetic service ever

You did your check-in with me, in person, since our office is two doors down the apartment you booked. We gave you the Wi-Fi password and all the information regarding the complementary breakfast that we offer our guests. As I told you before, we have our housekeeper inspecting every apartment before a check-in to make sure that there is no broken furniture or any dirty apartment. If there is any broken furniture and we do not have time to fix it or replace it, we always keep our guests know. We have been in business for 6 years now and I can assure you that we take our customer service and our reputation very seriously. I understand that being charge can be frustrating, but you knew that you were responsible for any damages in the apartment when you signed the terms and conditions at arrival. Regards Justine
