This lovely vacation flat sits up high at the back of the property with treetop views! There's a peaceful front deck that overlooks the large backyard! This is the perfect place for a couple, small family, or small group of friends to relax! It's on the small & cozy!

This 1BD house is small but comfortable! The unique thing about this place is its location...1 mile from Balboa Park, the Zoo, the heart of North Park, and Hillcrest! The area is walking, running, biking, and kid friendly!!!
The bedroom has a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two. There is a futon and queen size air mattress suitable for two in the living room.

Your stay includes towels, linens and pillows. There is a 32" flat screen TV and WIFI internet throughout the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware.

The house is conveniently located only 3 blocks from San Diego's famous Balboa Park which has an abundance of activities from golfing to museums this park has it all including the World Famous San Diego Zoo which you could drive to in 5 minutes. The house is conveniently situated in North Park and near Hillcrest one of San Diego's hottest neighborhoods for urban tourism. This home is centrally located and a short drive to the beaches, Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Safari, and Mexico!
