This 75 sq. mt. apartment has parquet flooring and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The entrance opens onto the living area with open floor plan kitchen complete with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The living room is furnished with a table for 4 guests, a TV corner, 3 comfortable armchairs, and a characteristic wood-burning fireplace. From this room you can access the service bathroom, with toilet, sink, and shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the first bedroom with a French bed and wardrobe with 4 doors. Separated by a sliding door is the second bedroom that is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a niche wardrobe in the wall with an open bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.

MAIN HOUSE RULES: - Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00. - Parties are not allowed. - No smoking is permitted inside the property - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay. - All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Pets are permitted on request. - Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 30 days, all clients will have to grant € 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For rentals over 30 days guests will have to pay €1000.00
