This little house has been wiped down with Clorox and all linens and towels are washed in Clorox products. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, direct tv, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance.

Cozy , simple but comfortable. Queen Bed, dresser and luggage rack Oversized, lovely bathroom/vanity and closet area. TV has direct tv and there are many DVDs in living room. A natural gas grill is on the patio next door for your use, with all the grilling tools you'll need.

This small farming community is a tranquil quiet place to visit. You will be 12 miles from the beautiful Salt Basin Dunes at the foot of Guadalupe National Park, 55 miles from Carlsbad Caverns and 35 miles from the trailhead entrance to Guadalupe Peak. Dog Canyon and McKittrick Canyon are also beautiful worthwhile hikes in the area.

I like to watch our sunsets from the small volcanic cone we call Round Mountain, just a mile or so east of town. We have a little restaurant that opens at 7am every morning for Huevos Rancheros-a house specialty.
The Two Ts grocery store is the best place to find a variety of food, beer, groceries and sundries-located just under the water ball on First st.
Gasoline is available on Main Street at 3rd with credit or debit card.

I grew up on a ranch in the vicinity of my properties and went away for many years. When I came home I decided to refurbish the oldest buildings I could buy and do something to tidy up the community at the same time. It has been rewarding to create a calm, livable space out of almost ruin. I recently finished the renovation of the only motel Dell City had which was built in 1950 and has not been open for over 30 years. It has 4 AIRBNB units.
