I will greet you, show you the apartment and be available should you need anything. If all you need is privacy, you've got it.
Parking is included. Please note there is no telephone or television in the apartment but there is wifi. Booking requests will only be considered for members with completed profiles and offline verification. Please review the House Rules and acknowledge that you accept them. For longer stays, the flat is professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis, at no extra cost. Additional housekeeping can be arranged.
I kindly ask that you treat my home as you would your own. I do not permit smoking in my apartment but you may smoke outside. Pets are not permitted. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events.
Please be considerate of others in the building and do not make or allow excessive noise or other activity that materially disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighbours.
Please treat fireplace as decorative only.
Please leave the apartment (and contents) clean and tidy, as you found it.
I kindly request that prior to leaving you remove food from the refrigerator and freezer, clean dishes used during your stay, and remove trash to the bin located behind the building.
Owners reserve the right to enter the premises immediately in all emergencies, and shall not in any event be liable or responsible for any personal injury or discomfort that may be sustained by the renter(s), family or guests, etc. or for any loss or damage to contents, vehicles thereof.
Guests shall be liable for any damages done to the furniture and apartment including damage by reason of water being left running from taps or to appliances being left on unattended.
Guests wishing to stay more than 30 days, may be asked to sign a rental agreement.
Check in is 6PM and check out is 11AM but if you are arriving at a different time, I will try to ensure someone can meet you, if possible.
