Thanks - it is easiest for all guests to have a look at the photos to understand the rooms upstairs. The master bedroom downstairs is nicer and if there is a larger group, then those sleeping downstairs often pay a bit more. The master bedroom downstairs is a good size with double doors, ensuite bathroom etc.
Both bedrooms upstairs have standard height doors. You can walk (not crawl) into both bedrooms upstairs with full standing height - but the bed area is under the eaves as mentioned, yes. And as seen in photographs. Its difficult to take pictures from any other angle, but I have a picture upstairs with someone standing in it to give some perspective.
There is a "step" (the box mentioned in this review), but this can be moved away if adults feel it is dangerous or loose. This box/step is to access the fourth bedroom - which is not advertised as a bedroom here nor priced in (since it is for extra guests). If this fourth bedroom is used then a guest would have to step over or crawl if you wanted to use the second mattresses in this room (for say a seventh person). As mentioned this is more like sleeping on bunk beds if the group is larger.
- I think the third bedroom is small and the set-up is good for some - some single groups of 8 have loved it and other groups of 6-7 people have found the third bedroom too small etc..overall though most groups are happy, especially at the price, and there are many repeat bookings. In 2018 there were only 4 unrented days for the season to April 10th. The kitchen, eating and living room is spacious and it is convenient to have many shower rooms,full-length mirrors, toilets, beautiful finishes, etc. and the good location in the centre of Verbier.
